Privacy policy

This policy explains what information NextDay Title Exam collects when you use this website or send us a file, and how we use it. NextDay Title Exam is a service of Starlight Abstract LLC.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect the details you enter (your name, company, email, phone, property address, state, county and notes) and the documents you upload, such as search packages, deeds and prior policies. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number. Our site also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Analytics collects general information like pages viewed, device type and approximate location, not the contents of your order.

If you use the client portal, we also keep the details you save there (such as your default underwriter and delivery format) and set a cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days. Signing out removes it.

How we use it

We use your order information and documents only to prepare your title exam, to contact you about it, and to keep business records. We don’t sell your information or use your files for any other purpose.

Who we share it with

Your files are available only to the examiners working on your exam. We use service providers to host this site, store uploaded files privately, process card payments through Stripe and deliver email, and they handle your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How we protect it

Files and order details are sent to us over an encrypted connection, and access is limited to the people working on your file. We keep records only as long as needed for the exam and our business and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing orders@nextdaytitleexam.com or calling (908) 315-5615. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
